The company is a privately owned firm which is engaged in the wholesale distribution of textiles. It was incorporated in 2003 and transacts business from its registered head office that is located in Coslada, Spain. The company's business operation is primarily involved in providing piece goods, yarn goods (made from natural or manmade fibers), notions (including sewing accessories and hair accessories), and other dry goods. Products include belt and buckle assembly kits, buttons, shoulder pads, textiles, thread, apparel trimmings, and zippers. It also includes converters who buy fabric goods (except knit goods) in the grey market, contract to have them finished, and sell the finished product at wholesale. These products and services are provided and distributed to a wide range of customers within the domestic market.
